Financial Literacy for the next generation

"The education and training of children is among the most meritorious acts of humankind and draweth down the grace and favour of the All-Merciful, for education is the indispensable foundation of all human excellence and alloweth man to work his way to the heights of abiding glory."

There is no greater task than raising educated children. For years we have relied on the school systems to prepare our children for the world. However it is evident that the current curriculum is not sufficient.

Current academic curriculums taught at schools (elementary through graduate school) are providing the necessary knowledge to students so they can become proficient in their area of interest. However an area of necessity – personal finances – has been ignored for a long time. Similar to any form of education, financial literacy must start from early ages.

Record number of highly educated professionals – doctors, engineers, accountants and lawyers – are declaring personal bankruptcy every year. This is a clear evidence that our children are not receiving the necessary financial education.

Our Programs

Financial education must start from early ages. Mind Treasures™ has developed an effective curriculum through games and fun activities for children from kindergarten through 12th grade. Courses are offered through various enrichment programs in four different age groups.

Young children (grade K - 2)
Through arts, crafts and role plays children start to discover their hidden gems, such as generosity, patience, moderation and truthfulness. They begin learning the basics of money, saving, spending and sharing habits.

Children (grade 3 - 5)
This is a continuation of young children program. Students start to learn about allowance allocation and budgeting, money responsibility, saving and sharing their wealth.

Jr. Youth (grade 6 - 8) Level I & II
In this program Jr. Youth learn about human potentials, decision making process, banking services, investing and much more.

Youth (grade 9 - 12) Level I & II
This is a continuation of the Jr. Youth program. Students learn the importance of setting goals and objectives, earning money, credit, living on their own and loans.
