With your tax deductible contributions, the WE CAN campaign aims to raise $50,000 by September 30, 2009 to support the various projects currently under way.

Following are a few examples of how your generous donations of $25 or more can provide a much needed financial education to children, youth and families. Click here to make a Tax Deductible Donation:

• $235 will provide a 12-hour program for an elmentary child.
• $385 will provide a 20-hour program for a middle or high school youth.
• $1,175 will provide 6 hours of workshop and 12 hours of one-on-one coaching for an individual or family.

Following are some of the initiatives currently underway:

• Diamond Neighborhood. In conjunction with the Jacobs Family Foundation, Mind Treasures is providing financial literacy classes to children, youth and families in the Diamond Neighborhood. Read more.


• Camp Pendleton Military Base. Mind Treasures is currently working with the office of Personal Financial Management at Camp Pendleton to offer financial literacy programs to the military personnel.
